Abstract

Gameopoly Board Game Cafe provides services that go beyond food and beverage sales, including board game management, customer assistance by Game Masters, and operational reporting. This condition requires an architectural design that connects business processes, data, applications, and technology in an integrated manner. This study aims to design Gameopoly’s Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF ADM. A qualitative case study method was applied through semi-structured interviews with the owner and the head of Game Masters. The result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint covering Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, and Implementation Governance. The design produces a to-be business process, conceptual data model, ArchiMate model, and phased implementation roadmap. The proposed blueprint can serve as a foundation for information system development to support food and beverage ordering, board game inventory, Game Master services, and operational reporting integration.

Abstrak - Gameopoly Board Game Cafe memiliki proses layanan yang tidak hanya berkaitan dengan penjualan F&B, tetapi juga pengelolaan board game, pendampingan pelanggan oleh Game Master, dan pelaporan operasional. Penelitian Enterprise Architecture berbasis TOGAF ADM telah banyak dilakukan pada berbagai organisasi, namun kajian pada board game cafe masih terbatas, khususnya dalam integrasi proses operasional secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Enterprise Architecture Gameopoly menggunakan TOGAF ADM. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan owner dan kepala Game Master, analisis kondisi as-is, gap analysis, serta validasi konseptual rancangan. Hasil penelitian berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture yang mencakup Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, Opportunities and Solutions, dan Implementation Governance. Rancangan tersebut menghasilkan proses bisnis to-be, model data konseptual, model ArchiMate, serta roadmap implementasi bertahap. Hasil rancangan ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem informasi untuk mendukung integrasi pemesanan F&B, inventaris board game, layanan Game Master, dan pelaporan operasional.

Abstract - Gameopoly Board Game Cafe has service processes that are not only related to F&B sales, but also to board game management, customer assistance by Game Masters, and operational reporting. Previous studies on TOGAF ADM-based Enterprise Architecture have been conducted in various organizations, yet studies on board game cafes remain limited, particularly in the integration of operational processes as a whole.
