Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan arsip berperan penting dalam mendukung pelayanan publik, namun proses pencarian arsip di DISPUSIPDA Provinsi Jawa Barat masih dilakukan secara manual melalui spreadsheet atau excel sehingga kurang efisien. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan proses penelusuran hingga tindak lanjut permohonan arsip membutuhkan waktu sekitar 3-10 hari kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem penelusuran dan pencarian arsip berbasis web menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem menyediakan fitur pencarian arsip statis dan arsip dinamis dari berbagai Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa pencarian informasi ketersediaan arsip dapat dilakukan dalam beberapa menit, sehingga mempercepat proses pelayanan dibandingkan metode sebelumnya. Hasil Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kearsipan serta mendukung transformasi digital layanan arsip di DISPUSIPDA Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract - Archival management plays a crucial role in supporting public services; however, the process of searching for records at the West Java Provincial DISPUSIPDA is still conducted manually using spreadsheets or Excel, making it inefficient. As a result, the process of locating and following up on record requests takes approximately 3–10 business days. This study aims to develop a web-based archive search and retrieval system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The system provides features for searching both static and dynamic archives from various Regional Government Agencies (OPDs). The implementation results show that searching for information on archive availability can be done in a matter of minutes, thereby accelerating the service process compared to the previous method. The results of Black Box Testing show that all major system functions operate as expected. The developed system is capable of improving the efficiency of archival services and supporting the digital transformation of archival services at DISPUSIPDA of West Java Province.
